You may find this useful if you need to tune your bow.

* NP = Nocking point,
PLEASE NOTE WELL!
You need to be a consistant archer before trying to
tune your bow.
(You can only tune as well as you can shoot Keith said so!)
If you have been shooting a while but don't feel confident enough to try and
tune your bow,
ask a coach to help you
But if you feel adventurous.................
If the arrow goes high you need to higher your nocking point,
If it goes low you need to lower your nocking point.
A nocking point should be 3/16 above square on a Recurve, 5/16 on a longbow.
Don't worry too much about arrows being too stiff or weak,
if you bought them with your bow they should be matched to it.
