Unfortunately we have had to suspend taking names for the beginner's courses as we have a long waiting list.

available.

We generally run courses for beginners in the spring and in the autumn although
we may try to provide additional ones if demand is high.
The course last six weeks and you get the chance to develop and improve your shooting technique with advice from our club coaches as well as covering all the basics of archery including
In addition, you will meet many of our club member

who often turn up to chat and help.
All courses finish with a beginners tournament where you get the chance to win your first medals.
Completion of a beginners course is required for insurance purposes for all new members unless you are transferring from another club where you have completed a similar course and been covered by GNAS insurance.
